Dykes Rd. entrance to be closed during improvements |

 The Dykes Rd. entrance gates are scheduled to be closed from Monday, January 26, through Thursday, January 29, while vendors complete improvements to the back gate. Please use the Sheridan gates during this time.
Also, please note the beautiful new lights in the front entrance!

Using the Front-Door Camera AND Cable Channel 31 |

When our homes were originally built, the developer included a device that allowed a small camera above the front door of each home to use cable channel 31 to display video from the camera.
When Comcast acquired our cable system and changed the channel lineup, channel 31 was no longer open for use by the camera. Some residents are looking for a way to restore the use of the camera - without losing a valuable cable channel. For more information, see this post in the forums.
